I am home again! We had a lovely time at the wedding – it was a beautiful day, superbly organised by my cousin. What a lot of work she put into it! My own little affair was rather more slap dash – but it still did the job 😉
After all that travelling and eating cake, I couldn’t move to do a drawing today – plus have been watching the pageant of the last three centuries, did you see the National Theatre’s tribute to Her Maj? Brilliant! – so here is another one of Friday’s. It’s a pepper/capsicum done on brown paper that was rubbed over the collage drawing (in its early stages) in post 153. And there’s a weeny bit of purple sugar paper in the corner to add some whizz. I think that a little more experimentation with drawing surfaces is definitely called for.
