Twenty-eight

Today’s drawing – tonight’s I should say – is the result of being fairly tired and dopey and of a quick look in this book for some inspiration of a lighter kind then Jack and Mick are able to give. (They’re really great, Mick and Jack, but intense – d’ya know what I mean?) Carla, on the other hand, is not intense. She is lighter-hearted; she uses colour for goodness sake! And one of her exercises is to imitate Dr. Seuss! (Which as we all know is not pronounced the way we think it is:

You’re wrong as the deuce
And you shouldn’t rejoice
If you’re calling him Seuss.
He pronounces it Soice.)

Anyway, Carla suggested that I draw a face, any face, and so I did.

(Sorry about the babble – I did say I was tired.)

    • No I didn’t mean to do it and I didn’t notice it until a bit later – after I’d posted it and tacked it back to my drawing board. Now when I look at it my eyes go funny wondering which view to see!
